The New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide will provide personal care to Capital Health PACE participants. Provides light housekeeping and maintains the cleanliness and neatness of participants homes / apartments. Completes participants' laundry. Assists with meals including light meal preparation or warming.

Under direction of Office Manager and clinical staff, provides clinical and technical support of cardiac monitoring activities and equipment for patients for a medical practice. Serves as key resource for all monitoring activity.
